Our complete service includes appropriate packing of the merchandise, transportation to the address specified on shipping card and insurance according to the value of merchandise.
To reach the maximum safety we use ways and materials that are approved to be used when shipping crystal and glass. Each merchandise is packed using combination of packing paper, bubble wrap, paper carton, polyurethane moulding foam and carton box appropriate to the character of items shipped. The whole merchandise can be separated into several parcels in order to reach the maximum safety.
The merchandise is posted out to the given address by DHL Express (small items and replacements by Czech Post a.s.) and delivered to door. These can be changed on customer`s request. The parcel is posted out according to the information on product page. The delivery process takes from 2 to 7 days, depending on destination / service used. The customer is fully responsible for custom clearence in the country of destination.
Every parcel is insured according to the real value of the merchandise. The insurance covers full refund of damaged or lost items or, if possible, their replacement.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ON RECEIVING THE PARCEL(S):
When receiving the parcel(s), please check its content immeditely at the presence of delivery agent if possible. In case of any damage, please report the damage immediately or within a given time after the delivery to delivery agent and ask for a written notice of damage. Please report the event to us including the copy of the document.
IN CASE OF CUSTOMER`S FAIL TO REPORT THE DAMAGE TO DELIVERY AGENT WE RESERVE RIGHT TO REFUSE REPLACING OR REFUNDING THE DAMAGE AND WE WILL CONSIDER THE PARCEL DELIVERED INTACT
