It is executed by DHL Express to the given address. Shippings to post-office box, poste restante and packstation are not possible.
The right of property of the goods remains with Material until the complete payment of the goods.
Time of Delivery:
The delivery takes 2 to 5 days to most destinations. Few extra days may be needed to remote destinations. Custom clearance time is not included.
For all orders via the Material online shop contractual partner of the buyer will be Material. Sales contract is concluded by sending an order confirmation via E-mail or by implication and delivery of the goods. We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract in case of delivery problems. In this case we will inform you promptly and possibly suggest alternative products.

Please check shipment carefully and immediately on receipt for intactness and completeness. If damaged, please claim immediately with the deliverer and also do contact us.
